Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn is an American actress from the US. Her best-known work is her role as Skyler White in Breaking Bad, an AMC Drama series Breaking Bad for which she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Alongside her roles as Martha Bullock and Jean Ward and Jean Ward, she also appeared in The Practice. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell in love with acting in the Preparatory stage before relocating her family from New Mexico to Ohio. She attended Northwestern University to study theatre and was also a student at the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her career as a Chicago-based theatre actor for a few years. Then she moved to film and television. Anna's first major role was Arden as she appeared in Down the Shore. She was in 29 episodes. From the start of her career, Anna was a frequent actor in both film and TV, such as Seinfeld or NYPD Blue. The mid-2000's saw her was given the role of Deadwood as Martha Bullock for two full seasons. She also starred in Breaking Bad as Skyler, in the year 2008. Sully as well as Deadwood were also part of her career. Gunn took the stage to star in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. Also, she appeared in Numbered Day, a podcast consisting of four audio plays. Breaking Bad is often built around Walter White's love affair with his wife Skyler. Their uneasy bond and eventual demise reflect the tragic end to Walter White.
